Delicatessen
The delicatessen offers an extensive range of cheeses from all over the world but specialises in English farmhouse cheese. The range also includes hams, salamis, cooked meats, salads and olives. The farm shop kitchens produce for the Deli: freshly baked pastries, savoury meat pies, pates, over 10 different flavoured quiches and savoury plaits. If you are having a party let our kitchen staff take the strain and provide you with a buffet to beat all other buffets. Choose from a list of different set menus, details of which are available at the deli counter, or make up your own combinations. |
Dairy Produce
The philosophy of the farm shop is to source as much high quality local produce as possible and the dairy section of the shop is no exception.
For example the milk and cream comes from Ashurst Farm just five miles away in Leigh, Surrey, luxury dairy ice cream from Willets Farm near Tunbridge Wells, sheep cheeses and yoghurts from the Sussex High Weald Dairy and Turners Fine Cheeses from Stonegate in East Sussex. |
